Unit1 (continuous) : My diet





I think my diet is quite healthy.
I eat a lot of soy, rice, fresh vegetables, and fruit.


I try not to eat desserts too much.


For breakfast i usually  eat rice ,savory curry with chicken 
,stir-fried mixed vegetables. 


and at luachtime i eat green curry with chicken, fried rice, fruit . 

In the evening I eat Porridge with fish, yoghurt ,fruit.



One thing i love is yoghurt
and one thing i never eat is sweet shredded egg yolk .
